So far we have only experienced one occasion when an item has been lost in the post. It is a very frustrating business as it can take the Royal Mail many weeks to complete their investigations, but we ask customers to be patient and not to expect a full refund until the end of the process. On our part, we promise to be able to provide proof of postage, to deal with the problem promptly and to abide by the recommendations of the investigation. We will also do our utmost to help the police with their inquiries if there is any suspicion of illegality.
